Sara and Halle McCormick team up to bring movement and meditation and the Power to Believe tools to group settings.

As a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, Halle brings positive energy to fitness and mindset.

Group classes are at private wellness studios in Chicagoland or we can come to your venue.

The 90-minute workshop or the 3-session workshop can be done for schools, youth groups, sports teams, clubs, and more.

90-minute workshop

In a 90-minute workshop, you will learn 2-3 mindset tools plus a dynamic movement sequence.

Learn a few key tools for your Power to Believe mindset.

This can be done for small groups of 10 or more – or even for groups of up to 200!

This option is offered for adults or youth.

Ultra Package

Our most popular program.

In 3, 90-minute workshops, you will learn 2-3 mindset tools plus a dynamic movement sequence. All together you will learn numerous mindset tools and dynamic movement sequences.

You will also learn the power of vision boards and create yours in this workshop.

Offered in a small group setting of 10 or more people. Or even groups of up to 200!

Balance Package

In 8, 90-minute workshops, you will learn all 11 Power to Believe mindset tools.

This program is offered by Sara on Zoom, from the comfort of your home.

Offered in a small group setting of no more than 12 people.

The key benefit of spreading this program over 8 weeks is that you will have time to learn and adapt new behaviors and thought patterns to make a significant transformation.
